Welcome to the FullV mobile application (“Mobile App”), owned and operated by Pink Granite, Inc. (“Pink Granite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information that we collect when you visit our website at FullV.co and when you use the Mobile App. The Mobile App allows pre-selected families in need (“FullV Members”) to pay for food and beverages purchased at participating retailers within Pink Granite’s network (“Retailers”) through the use of spending credits provided in the Mobile App.
Personal information we collect
Information you provide to us:
· Contact and account information, such as your first and last name, phone number, email address and password that you provide when you register as a FullV Member. If you create an account or log into the Mobile App using third-party services, such as Google or Microsoft, we will receive personal information about you (such as your name, email address and/or phone number) as permitted by your profile settings on the third-party service in order to authenticate you. The information we receive when you authenticate through a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in the relevant third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with us.
· Transaction information, including information about the transactions FullV Members make at participating Retailers, including date, time and amount spent.
· Communications that we exchange with you, including when you respond to surveys or contact us with questions, feedback or otherwise correspond with us.
· Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
· Other data not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Automatic data collection. We and our service providers may automatically log information about you or your device, your interactions over time with our website or Mobile App, transactions FullV Members make at Retailers, our communications and other services, such as:
· Device data: We collect information about your computer or device such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 4G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
· Usage data: When you access and use the website or the Mobile App, we receive and store information about interactions with our website or the Mobile App and transactions FullV Members make at Retailers, including content you accessed or viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, browsing history, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page, access times, and duration of access.
· Location information: If you have enabled location services on your device, we may collect location information to provide you with menus, promotional offers, or other information about Retailers based on your location and for fraud prevention purposes. You may opt out of location tracking as described in the “Your Choices” section below.
We use the following tools for automatic data collection:
· Cookies, which are text files stored and accessed on a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s device or browser, or to store information or settings in the device. This allows us to distinguish you from other users of the Mobile App or website for the purpose of remembering your preferences, enabling or enhancing functionality and helping us understand activity and patterns.
· Local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data, including on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.
· SDKs, which are blocks of code provided by our partners that may be installed in our mobile applications. SDKs help us understand how you interact with the Mobile App and collect certain information about the device and network you use to access the Mobile App.
· Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that an email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.
How we use your personal information
To allow you to use our services:
· Facilitate the provision of spending credit and manage transactions.
· Operate, maintain and secure the Mobile App and our website.
· Communicate with you about our services, including by sending you announcements, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, and responding to your requests, questions and feedback.
Improve, monitor, and personalize your user experience, including by understanding your needs and interests, and personalizing your experience with the Mobile App, our website and our communications.
For research and development. We may use your personal information for research and development purposes, including to analyze and improve our services and our business. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified, or other anonymous data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into anonymous data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymous data and disclose it to third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve our services and promote our business.
Direct marketing. We may from time-to-time send you direct marketing communications as permitted by law, including, but not limited to, notifying you of special promotions, offers and events via email, SMS and push notifications. You may opt out of our marketing communications as described in the “Your Choices” section below.
Compliance and protection. We may use personal information to:
· Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.
· Protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims).
· Audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies.
· Enforce the terms and conditions that govern our services.
· Prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.
How we disclose your personal information
Retailers. We may disclose personal information relating to FullV Members to Retailers to facilitate transactions using spending credits.
Service providers. We may disclose your personal information to third party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate our services (such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, insurers, customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and database management).
Authorities and others. We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transfers. We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our business or assets, including your personal information, in connection with a business transaction (or potential business transaction) such as a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution. In such a case, we will make reasonable efforts to require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Delete your account. You may request that we delete your account by contacting us as provided in the “How to Contact Us” section below.
Opt out of marketing communications.
· You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email or contacting us at support@fullv.co.
· To stop receiving SMS messages from us, please reply “STOP” to the last message you received.
· You can manage push notifications preferences or deactivate these notifications at any time by configuring your preferences for notifications in the settings section on your device.
You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing messages and notifications, such as transaction and security alerts.
Opt out of location tracking. You can control our collection of location data using your mobile device’s settings. Please note, however, that if you opt out of Pink Granite’s collection of location information, you may no longer be able to use some features of our services.
Limit Online Tracking. There are a number of ways to limit online tracking, which we have summarized below. Please note that these opt-out tools are not associated with Pink Granite and we cannot guarantee that these tools work as their providers advertise them:

· Platform opt-outs. Some of our partners offer opt-out features that let you opt out of use of your information. For example, you can see Google’s opt-out features here.
Note that because these opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised, you will need to opt out on every browser and device that you use.
Do Not Track. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” or similar signals. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
Third-party services
The Mobile App may contain links to other websites, mobile applications, and other services operated by third parties, including Retailers. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or in mobile applications or online services that are not associated with us. We do not control third party websites, mobile applications or online services, and we are not responsible for their actions. Other websites and services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of the other websites and mobile applications and online services you use.
Security
We employ a number of technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no security measures are failsafe and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
Children
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us as set out in the “How to Contact Us” section below.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Mobile App and our website.
